5 pounds of fat versus 5 pounds of muscle
THIS is why building muscle is a good idea, it makes your body smaller and allows you to eat more each day, what more could you ask for?!
^Seriously. I take a weight training class and I eat way more than I used too last summer and I’m STILL losing weight. Muscle is awesome.
Oh wow. I focus on cardio more because I figured that’d help with weightloss more (and I also enjoy Cardio waaaay more.)(And the machines kinda scare me.) haha
